The bill (Reg. No7057) is aimed at the improvement of legislation that
regulates relations connected with the activity of economic companies. The bill
defines: term ‘economic company´, its types; order of formation, right
and obligations of participants; management bodies, legal regime of property of
economic entities u economic companies; conditions and grounds to withdraw the economic
companies; peculiarities of formation, activity and management of the state economic
companies.
The Committee members stressed that the bill doe not contradict clauses 49-62 of the Agreement on Functioning of European Union that envisages a right for economic activity.
In general the bill harmonizes with the legislation of the European Union.
